The Lake County Commission will meet on Tuesday at 9 a.m. in the Lake County Courthouse, beginning with 2013 budget discussion at 9:05 a.m. Other items on the agenda are as follows:
-- 9:15 a.m., public auction, first-floor lobby of courthouse for sale of house on 4th St.
-- 9:30 a.m., Farm Service Agency Executive Director Zach Neises, secretarial disaster.
-- 9:45 a.m., Environmental Specialist John Maursetter, monthly report.
-- 10 a.m., Zoning and Drainage Officer Deb Reinicke, drainage hearings for Kelly Brown, Bob Baumberger (10:15 a.m.), Charlie Johnson (10:30 a.m.) and Clint Overskei (10:45 a.m.). Reinicke will present plats for consideration and a variance request from Mark Fodness.
-- 11 a.m., Todd Kays, executive director for First District of Local Governments, open session discussion of general presentation of wage study, followed by closed session discussion on specific positions.
Other items of discussion include Search & Rescue volunteers, SDACC county convention registration and S.D. Office of Hearing Examiners decision.
