Wenk, Thomson exchange vows
11/17/2008
Mr. and Mrs. Chad Thomson
Elizabeth Lorraine Wenk of Sioux Falls and Chad Thomson of Fayetteville, N.C., were united in marriage on Aug. 22 at East Side Lutheran church in Sioux Falls. The Rev. Lon Kvanli officiated the 4:30 p.m. ceremony.

Parents of the couple are Robyn Wenk of Sioux Falls and Chip Wenk of Madison, and Don and Gwen Thomson of Madison.

Maid of Honor was Courtnie Beck. Bridesmaids were Katie Jerina, Ann Francis, Angie Biga and Amanda Reinhart.

Best Man was Kevin Keegan. Groomsmen were Jason Thomson, Kevin Janousek, Pat Tanner and Will Wenk.

Flower girl was Madalynn Janousek.

Ring bearer was Riley Hollingshead.

Ushers were Clayton Thomson, Kyle Thomson, Chad Smith, Roger Tisthammer.

Personal attendants were Lana Elpert and Jacqueline Thomson.

A reception was held at CJ Callaways in Sioux Falls.

The couple honeymooned at Montego Bay, Jamaica.

The bride holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She is a Residential Counselor at Lutheran Social Services.

The groom holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He is an Executive Officer for the 82nd Airborne Division of the United States Army.

They plan to move to Omaha in the near future.
