Lake County Commissioners will meet on Tuesday at 9 a.m. a the courthouse.
Following approval of the agenda, minutes, payroll and accounts payable, board members will immediately go into closed session at 9:10 a.m. for a personnel discussion.
At 9:30 a.m., board members plan to discuss approval of Resolution 12-14, which would adopt the 2013 budget. Board members will also dicuss Northwestern Corporation and the discretionary formula for centrally assessed companies.
Building and Grounds Supervisor Derrick Shoenrock will meet at 9:45 a.m. to discuss the county's surplus property listing.
Several zoning issues will be before the board at 10 a.m. including conditional use and variance requests as well as plats for consideration. A drainage hearing is also set to take place for William Anderson at this time.
At 11 a.m., board members will hold the first hearing for Ordinance 12-53, which is an ordinance for the continued authorization of a 911 reporting system.
Equalization Director Shirley Ebsen is set to meet at 11:15 a.m. to discuss access to Beacon, Lake County's GIS system.
Treasurer Linda Fischer will meet at 11:30 a.m. to discuss tax deed property.
