Blue Christmas Service set at Trinity Lutheran
By Staff 12/07/2012
The holiday season is traditionally a time of joy and great expectation. However, for those who have recently suffered a loss, the holidays may be something to dread. The loss could be the death of a loved one, the recent loss of a job, the loss of a relationship or the loss of something significant in one's life.

Trinity Lutheran Church will hold its fourth annual Blue Christmas service, which is designed to help people face the likelihood of pain while still counting their blessings and relying on their faith.

Those attending will receive a remembrance ornament to keep.

The public is invited to the service on Dec. 18 at 7 p.m.

For more information, call The Rev. Constanze Hagmaier at 256-2771.
