Lake County Commissioners will meet on Tuesday at 9 a.m. with the following appointments: -- 9:15 a.m., 4-H Advisor Amanda Stade, Memorandum of Understanding between South Dakota State University Extension and Lake County. -- 9:30 a.m., Lake Area Improvement Corporation Executive Director Julie Gross, update. -- 9:45 a.m., Environmental Specialist John Maursetter, monthly report. -- 10 a.m., Zoning and Drainage Officer Deb Reinicke, drainage application for Randy Carper; solid waste haulers license and permit applications from Dawson Construction, Inc. and Hoffman Sanitation. -- 10:20 a.m., LEPC Planning Subcommittee, flooding mitigation report. -- 10:45 a.m., Lucille Slack, elderly tax freeze request. -- 11 a.m., Building and Grounds Superintendent Derrick Shoenrock and Brad Wilkens of Karr Tuckpointing, discuss Karr Tuckpointing agreement. -- 11:15 a.m., Welfare Manager Peggy Young, indigent request. -- 11:30 a.m., closed session discussion for personnel purposes and legal matters. Commissioners also plan to discuss the Juvenile Detention Alternative Initiative, the Human Service Agency service agreement, the Towns and Townships annual meeting at Nicky's and the county Poor Farm land.
