A son, Nolan Monroe, weighing 8 lbs. 2 oz., was born on Feb. 7 in Sioux Falls to Derek and Leah Cecil of Madison. Grandparents are Doug and Carol Cecil of Madison and Barbara Kelly of Jacksonvlle, Fla. Great-grandmother is Dollie Montross of DeSmet.
