The Madison City Commission will receive a report on changes to local property valuations when it meets at 5:30 p.m. on Monday at City Hall.
Shirley Ebsen, director of equalization for Lake County, will meet with the city commissioners after the meeting has started.
The commissioners will receive information concerning Madison's 2012 annual report. They will also review a modification agreement with the S.D. Housing Development Authority and consider two property-tax abatement requests.
The commissioners have also scheduled a supervisors' meeting at 4:30 p.m. on Monday at the municipal water treatment plant.
