Jill Bickett of Madison and Tyler Merriam of Pierre were married on June 30 at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church. The Rev. Bob Vinslauski performed the ceremony.
The maid of honor was Samantha Graham. Bridesmaids were Jodi Johnson, Michelle Spurck, Lisa Traxler and Amy Webb. The flower girl was Lilly Traxler. Honorary flower girls were Emma Spurck and Gwen Traxler.
The best man was Ryan Merriam. Groomsmen were Pat Anderson, Chris Iverson, Trevor Fischer and Eric Titze. The ringbearer was Jonah Webb. Honorary ringbearers were Lukas Traxler, Hunter Johnson, Carter Webb and Beckett Merriam.
Ushers were Erik Traxler, Robert Johnson, Jeremy Webb, Rod Merriam and Roger Merriam.
The bride's personal attendants were Tabitha Merriam, Courtney Sorsen and Carolyn Johnson.
Guest book attendants were Andrea Spurck, Hannah Graham and Quinn Merriam. Gift carriers were Daniel Graham and Austin Zweifel. Gabriel Traxler was the alter sever. Music was provided by Monica Pickard, Patsy Clarke and Mandy Shay.
Following the ceremony, a reception and dance were held at Nicky's restaurant in Madison.
The bride is a registered nurse at Avera McKennan in Sioux Falls. She is the daughter of Mary Bickett of Madison and the late Terry Bickett.
The bridegroom is the coordinator of broadcast services for South Dakota State University. He is the son of Rick and Gloria Merriam of Pierre.
