    Three Bulldogs on All-Tournament Team

    At the conclusion of the Class A State High School Boys' Basketball Tournament at Rapid City on Saturday night, three Madison Bulldogs were chosen to the All-Tournament Team.

    Madison seniors Mason Sullivan and Tyler Wiebe along with junior Trae VandeBerg were named to the 12-player team.

    Wiebe ended the tournament with 36 points, 22 rebounds, seven assists and two steals. Sullivan, the floor general for the Bulldogs, finished his high school career with 15 points, six rebounds, five assists and seven steals in Rapid City. VandeBerg scored 32 points in three games, along with having 10 rebounds, three assists and three steals.

    Joining the trio of Bulldogs on the All-Tournament Team are Tea seniors Connor Shaull, Riley Knutson and Mitchell Nissen; Platte-Geddes sophomore Cody Johnson; Mobridge-Pollock junior Mitchel Heumiller; Clark/Willow Lake senior Skyler Flatten; Aberdeen Roncalli senior Dominic King; and Pine Ridge junior Jeff LeBeaux.

    Other special award winners during the tournament were Shaull, the Spirit of Su Award winner; and the cheerleaders of Aberdeen Roncalli, the Spirit of Six Award.
