Madison Community Hospital has scheduled a press conference and public viewing of plans for its new facility on March 21 at 2 p.m. in the Madison Public Library.
Hospital CEO Tammy Miller and a representative from TSP Engineering plan to present the drawings of the new hospital and answer questions. The public is welcome to attend.
Attendees will have the opportunity to sign up for the hospital E-newsletter and have their names entered into a drawing. Refreshments will be served by the hospital's nutritional services.
"We are incredibly excited to be involved in a project so important not only to the health and wellness of our citizens but to the economic vitality of our entire community," Miller said.
The floor plans and designs will be on display at the Chamber mixer that afternoon as well.
"I am humbled to be a part of a project that is so important to Madison and the surrounding area and to be able to work with such dedicated and skilled health professionals," said Brad Wilkens, president of the Madison Community Hospital board of directors. "Local healthcare is vital for our quality of life."
