Interim president named for DSU
Borofsky

PIERRE -- Dr. David B. Borofsky, provost and chief academic officer of Westwood College, has been named the interim president at Dakota State University. Borofsky will begin his duties on the Madison campus in early February and will serve in a temporary capacity through midyear of 2013.

County's continues drainage ordinance discussion
Two former county commissioners and a retired district conservationist discussed proposed revisions to Lake County's drainage ordinance that aims to alleviate liability concerns, but in making those revisions the ordinance wouldn't comply with state statute and how county drainage ordinances are required to set parameters to evaluate and approve drainage projects.
