Jim Farrell of Madison and Emily Woockman of Huron announce their engagement and upcoming marriage.
The couple will make their home in Watertown, N.Y., where Farrell is a lieutenant in the U.S. Army at Fort Drum. Woockman returned in May from a year's tour of duty as a flight medic in Iraq and Kuwait with the S.D. Army National Guard.
Parents of the couple are Tom and Joyce Farrell of Madison and Steve and Barb Woockman of Huron.
