Madison city workers dug into the boulevard on Thursday morning on the west side of N. Washington St. near its intersection with S.E. 3rd St. to repair a broken water main.
The municipal Public Works Department reported that the water supply was disrupted to customers in the neighborhood at midafternoon on Wednesday.
