11/13/2012 Farrell, Woockman engaged Emily Woockman and Jim Farrell Jim Farrell of Madison and Emily Woockman of Huron announce their engagement and upcoming marriage. The couple will make their home in Watertown, N.Y., where Farrell is a lieutenant in the U.S. Army at Fort Drum. Woockman returned in May from a year's tour of duty as a flight medic in Iraq and Kuwait with the S.D. Army National Guard. Parents of the couple are Tom and Joyce Farrell of Madison and Steve and Barb Woockman of Huron.
