12/24/2012 County commission meets Thursday By ELISA SAND, Staff Reporter Lake County Commissioners will hold their final meeting of the year on Thursday at 9 a.m. Appointments are as follows: -- 9:15 a.m., Sheriff Tim Walburg, detention officer position, Brookings County Inmate Housing Contract and Davison County Jail Contract. -- 9:35 a.m., closed session discussion for personnel matters. Board members will also review a general fund surplus analysis, consider a contingency transfer resolution and approve a recreation/lake access transfer from assigned to undesignated.
