City to conduct year-end financials

The Madison City Commission has posted a short agenda for its meeting that will start at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday at City Hall.
The city commissioners will review two proposals from Schoenfish and Co. of Parkston, certified public accountants, to provide the city's fiscal year 2012 annual report and audit services.
The commissioners will also review the November investment report, bills for approval, and bills for ratification.
