Tuesday: Pork loin, mashed potatoes, gravy, corn, crunchy cranberry salad, whole wheat roll

Wednesday: Goulash, corn, peaches, oatmeal muffin

Thursday: Sweet & sour chicken, oven-baked brown rice, broccoli, apricots, whole grain bread

Friday: Meatloaf, baked potato, peas, jello with peaches, whole grain bread

HOWARD 60S PLUS

Monday: Barbecued chicken, rice pilaf, green beans with mushroom soup, tossed salad, bread, angel food cake with strawberries
