02/08/2013 City to hear LAIC quarterly report By CHUCK CLEMENT, Staff Reporter The Madison City Commission will receive a quarterly update from the Lake Area Improvement Corporation during its meeting at 5:30 p.m. on Monday at City Hall. Julie Gross, LAIC executive director, will provide the report after a group associated with the Leadership Madison program provides an update to an ice-rink warming house project. The city commissioners will also review bid specifications and set a bid date for contractors interested in the city's 2013 sidewalk improvement project. The commissioners have also scheduled an executive session for discussing a consultation with legal counsel regarding proposed or pending litigation or contractual matters.
