County meets Tuesday

The Lake County Commission meets Tuesday at 9 a.m. with the following items on the agenda:|
-- 9 a.m., approval of agenda, minutes, payroll and automatic supplements for road and bridge, jail, and EMA budgets.
-- 9:15 a.m., Director of Equalization Shirley Ebsen, oath of office for county board of equalization.
-- 9:30 a.m., County Health Nurse Jen Fouberg, quarterly report, heath screenings.
-- 9:45 a.m., Zoning officer Deb Reinicke and Madison Public Works Director Fred Snoderly, electronics dropoff.
-- 10 a.m., Reinicke, three drainage hearings and consideration of a boring permit.
-- 10:45 a.m., Welfare Manager Peggy Young, indigent applications.
-- 11 a.m., Emergency Management Director Don Thomson and City Engineer Chad Comes, Silver Jacket program.
-- 11:15 a.m., Closed session discussion for personnel and proposed and pending litigation.
Items up for discussion include the state's attorney cell phone; an application from Mike Clark to use the 4-H barn and exhibit building; and the impact of changing the tax exempt status of municipal bonds.
