Donahue, Polzen wed
Mr. and Mrs. Tyler Polzen
Karisa Donahue and Tyler Polzen were married on June 1 at Belleview Lutheran Church, rural Howard, by the Rev. Rick Senner.
Parents of the couple are Bernard and Brenda Donahue of Howard; Jason Polzen of Madison; and Brian and Dodi Young of Wentworth.
The maid of honor was Alisha Donahue. Bridesmaids were Miranda Donahue, Jenna Polzen, Ashton Hansen and JaNae Molan. Flower girls were Eliza and Malakya Johnson.
The bride's personal attendants were Katie Poppen, Laura Jacobson and Brianne Wild.
The best man was Jay Mendel. Groomsmen were Evan Donahue, Jackson Mendel, Chris Mills and Adam DeVries. Junior groomsman was Isaiah Young.
Ushers were Brian Graff, Bradyn Neises and Jacob Bender.
A reception and dance were held at the Prairie Playhouse in Madison.
The bride is a 2008 Howard High School graduate and a 2012 South Dakota State University graduate. She is currently a second-year student at Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine.
The bridegroom is a 2008 Chester High School graduate and is currently employed at Hi-Roller in Sioux Falls.
