According to the Lake County State's Attorney Office, the group is accused of possessing and using methamphetamine and marijuana during a recent stay at the AmericInn in Madison.

Zillgitt was charged with counts that included two felony drug possession charges; 14 felony charges of manufacturing, possession and distribution of drugs; and misdemeanor charges of marijuana possession and ingesting.

Williams faces charges that include felony possession of a controlled substance.

The State's Attorney Office also announced that a fifth person, Ryan Donelan, 25, of Madison has charges related to the same drug case pending against him. He is currently scheduled to make an initial court appearance in late January.
