01/24/2013 Water main breaks By CHUCK CLEMENT, Staff Reporter Madison city workers dug into the boulevard on Thursday morning on the west side of N. Washington St. near its intersection with S.E. 3rd St. to repair a broken water main. The municipal Public Works Department reported that the water supply was disrupted to customers in the neighborhood at midafternoon on Wednesday. The city expected to complete repairs Thursday.
